New focus, same purpose!

Hello everyone!

While our primary focus has shifted from yoga retreats around the world to online yoga classes, we have not forgotten about the “around the world” part, and while we can’t physically have you travel to Hawaii, that’s where we have started our 2021. And what is only second to being in Hawaii? Is taking a yoga class with a fabulous Aloha senery in the background! So join us for the next online class. Sabrina’s class can be found on Ola Ka Ola!

2020 Happy New Year!

Another January, another opportunity to pledge to a resolution. We are here for all of you out there who are resolving to have a more healthy lifestyle and maybe even take a few steps in the direction of exploring the yogic lifestyle. Last summer during our retreat we introduced the concept of letting go, surrender to the Almighty and find harmony with our path and purpose in life. With the feed-back we received from our students and our own research, we came up with 5 things to remember when you are searching for peace of mind:

  1. Let go. Surrender is the bravest act, and it’s absolutely compatible with action. When you let go, you don’t stop working or building your future, you just let God help you out and guide you.

  2. Pray. Be specific in your prayers and trust that there is a bigger plan. Challenges are just there to turn your attention in the right direction.

  3. Listen. The more quiet and silence you will cultivate in your life, the more information you will be able to pick up. Answers will come from the universe in all kind o words and signs.

  4. Be grateful. A grateful heart is a magnet for miracles. Wake up every morning with gratitude in your heart and mind, and you will see amazing things happening to you.

  5. Never give up. Whatever goal you set to yourself, remember that it may take more than one attempt to achieve it. And remember you always have time. Don’t let “it’s too late” be an excuse to give up. Keep going!

In good health! Namaste, YOGAMARÉ

A grateful heart is a magnet for miracles!

Right on time for Thanksgiving we ended our first season of Yoga retreats!

We started in May with our first yoga retreat in the Hamptons and since then, we have held 12 retreats, mostly in the Hamptons, one in Switzerland and one in Palm Beach, Florida.

Every retreat has been a blessing. We have welcomed really remarkable guests coming mostly from the New York metropolitan area, but also from other US states and even some international guests!

The reviews and feedback we received from our students have left us speechless and we stand with a heart full of love for having been able to touch so many lives. Everyone one enjoyed our little getaway and several students have re-discovered the power of yoga and have committed to a more regular routine, as well as a healthier live style. Some were able to get rid of physical pains, some were able to overcome emotional stress, and some have lost weight. All of them felt better on Monday!

We worked hard to make our retreats enjoyable and effective at the same time, and will continue to do so. We look forward to 2019 and are excited about new adventures and opportunities!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! We will be in touch soon with new dates for the new year!
